Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United

De States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the

pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension saws, the name of Harrison T. De Long, late of Company I, Thirteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Merritt, late lieutenant-colonel First Regiment lowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Armstrong, late of Company E, Fifty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars

per month.

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oscar Reed, late of Company A, Eleventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and Company E, Tenth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Emery, widow of George W. Emery, late of Company H, Sixth and Eleventh Regiments New Hampshire Vol. unteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
