April 16, 1902. CHAP. 518.- An Act Granting a pension to Josephine M. Dustin. (Private, No. 443.)

Be it enacted by the Senate and blouse of Representatives of the United Josephine M. Dus. States of America in Congress assemblid, That the Secretary of the

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine M. Dustin, widow of Miles G. Dustin, late of Company E, Sixteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and Ilouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John W. Moore, late of Company K, Eightieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and such higher rate or rates of pension as he may hereafter show himself to be entitled to under existing pension laws, the same to be paid to him without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
