Gilbert, widow of Lorenzo Gilbert, late of Company F, One hundred and fifty-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dolIncrease to cease on lars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, however, That in the case of the death of the helpless child, Grace Gilbert, on whose account the pension of Jennie M. Gilbert is increased, the pension of the said Jennie M. Gilbert shall continue only at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.

Wilcox, late second lieutenant Company B, Eighty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
