UR GENERAL POLICY, at all tims, is to make clear, especially to the man who tells us that we show lack of fath in Americans, etc., in our bitter denunciations of conditions and the absurdities of American political rule, that: NO MAN OR MAGAZINE IS MORE LOYAL TO THIS REPUBLIC, OR HAS GREATER CONFIDENCE IN OUR PEOPLE, BUT IF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE TO ADVANCE THEY MUST NOT BE TREATED AS DEMI-GODS PERFECT IN THEIR WISDOM, BUT MUST BE TOLD OF THEIR ERRORS THAT GOOD MAY COME AT LAST. THE CURSE OF YELLOW JOURNALISM IS THAT IT TEACHES, WITH EVERY BREATH, THAT ALL THE PEOPLE ARE FIT TO RULE, WHEREAS COMMON SENSE TELLS US THAT BEFORE ALL THE PEOPLE ARE FIT TO RULE AN IMMENŠE EDUCATIONAL WORK MUST BE UNDERTAKEN; AND UNLESS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE SHOW PROPER HUMILITY THEY WILL PASS THESE LESSONS BY AND REMAIN THE DUPES TO QUACK POLITICIANS AND QUACK EDITORS.

Professor Roxroy, in the autumn of 1913, issued an astrologer's forecast for the year 1914, that proved of unerring accuracy. For years previously, his forecast for the ensuing year proved his exceptional power to peer into the destinies of the future. He forecast strikes, disasters on the high seas, rioting in China and South Africa, the suffrage movement, the progress of science and many other events that have come true.

The precision of his forecasts characterizes him as the most accurate astrologer of the universe.

The Gateway herewith presents his predictions for 1915. Whether his forecasts are predicated on the Zodiac or on a keen and analytical study of the past and present, is not for us to say. We simply present the forecast as given by this famous authority for the interest of our readers.-The Editor.

E have now passed another milestone on the road to Eternity, and the never-to-be-forgotten year 1914 has slipped into the abyss of the past. What does the coming year reveal? The World-Horoscope for 1915 is fraught with good and evil portents of unusual significance. We are now passing through the cycle period of Mars, the "God of War and Destruction," terrible evidence of which is visible on every side.

Fortunately, 1915 coincides with a sub-period of Jupiter, the Star of peace and Justice, hence we anticipate a more favorable outlook for all Europe, and a possible end to serious warfare for a long period.

However, the passage of the eccentric planet Uranus through the ruling zodiacal sign of Eastern Europe will stir up revolutionary tendencies, leading to serious upheavals and great reforms in preparation for the New Age,

the dawn of which is slowly appearing on the horizon of the World's Horoscope.

The brotherhood of Man will be more securely established and a better understanding will develop between the people of all nations.

Far-reaching changes in legislation. and Parliamentary procedure will be effected in several parts of the world, leading to an improved outlook for all civilized people, increasing the influence and usefulness of the Democracy.

Russia suffers from a series of internal troubles and upheavals. Insurrections, strikes, drastic reforms and various disturbances among the Muscovite population are shown. The Nihilists are active, and a sinister occurrence which startles the world is foreshadowed.

Germany and Austria-Hungary will seethe with conditions of unrest and

The United States will pass through a critical epoch-wise and powerful statesmanship will be required to mitigate the serious evils that will face the President and the Senate.

The war fever develops rapidly and there is a grave danger of conflicts and disputes with other Powers. Heavy expenditure on the munitions of war appear inevitable.

Racial troubles, disturbances of various kinds and great strikes are shown. A cloud of depression hangs over the American people, who for the most part are restless and uneasy. Political differences lead to serious evils. The Yellow Peril may prove a serious

menace.

England is subject to political and national upheavals tending to important parliamentary changes. Saturn casts its gloom over Royal circles. A "boom" in foreign trade and much support from the Colonies is portrayed.

The Spring months bring news of violent disturbances in Indian and Mexican affairs; whilst Belgium, London and the United States are troubled. The great eclipse in February will be

followed by serious earthquakes, violent storms, mining and land catastrophes in various parts of the world. Terrific storms at Sea and heavy disasters to shipping interests with much loss of life appear inevitable.

The Summer months coincide with favorable indications for London and Ireland. China, South Africa and Holland suffer general misfortune.

Owing to a succession of events inimical to the interests of these countries, there is much industrial depression and discontent among the people.

During the Autumn destructive. earthquakes and seismic disturbances follow the solar eclipse in August. Shocks will be felt in England, France and Italy. The South of Europe is especially threatened particularly between 13° and 17° East longitude. Kings, Nobles and Great Men throughout Europe will suffer severely from this eclipse, while violent scenes are enacted in various parts.

1915 will prove the greatest year of the Century, perhaps the most momentous in history, owing to the vast changes that are now due.

Striking events follow one another in quick succession, and radical changes come thick and fast.

The whole civilized world will enter upon a period of colossal activity, and superhuman efforts will be necessary to assuage the terrible effects of the War God Mars, whose power is now declining. Europe suffers excessively from famine, want, distress, plague and pestilence. Let those who are able minister to the needs of the afflicted.
