6. The location is all that could be desired. Bedford is the countyseat of Lawrence county, and is situated on the L. N. A. & C. railroad, ten miles north of the crossing of the O. & M. railroad, at Mitchell, and is at present the terminous of the St. L., B. & S. Railroad.
