AND 78, NEW BOND STREET.
OXFORD, PARKER ; CAMBRIDGE, MEADOWS ;
With the completion of another Volume, it will be naturally expected that we should have a word or two with our readers. To many talented correspondents our thanks are especially due, for the able assistance they have rendered us during the past half year, whilst unable ourselves, from severe illness, to do all we desired for this little Periodical. We look upon this Volume with more than ordinary gratification, as containing the contributions of Writers justly esteemed for their valuable works. Trusting for their further co-operation, we hope, with restored health, to be enabled to devote our energies more constantly to our Magazine ;-and-by-a: faithful adherence to the doctrine and discipline of our Church, to render it replete with sound and varied reading, and to gain for it a place at the hearths of all Churchmen, who truly love "evangelical truth and apostolical order.”
