CHAP. 1038.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Etna Poole. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Etna Poole, widow of David Poole, late captain Company F, Eleventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Pitsar Ingram, late of Company D, Sixty-fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Smith, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and Troop A, Fifth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

CHAP. 1041.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances C. Haughton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances C. Haughton, widow of Nathaniel Haughton, late lieutenant-colonel Twenty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension

Companies B and D, Seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for each of the minor children of the soldier until such children shall have arrived at the age of sixteen years. Approved, June 7, 1902.

CHAP. 1043.-An Act Granting a pension to Frances A. Tillotson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances A. Tillotson, widow of William T. Tillotson, late of Company B, First Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
