Koops, widow of Carl Koops, late first lieutenant, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Carl Koops until they reach the age of sixteen years.

Ivey, widow of Robert L. Ivey, late of Captain J. A. Newman's company, Georgia Volunteers, and Captain John C. Vowells as an officer in Company H, Sixth Regiment of Kentucky Cavalry Volunteers, for his services he shall be allowed and paid the pay and allowances of a second lieutenant of said company from the first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to the fourteenth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixtyfive. less any amount paid him as such lieutenant.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Granted honorable States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the records of the War Department in the case of Henry M. Holmes, late of Company A, First New Mexico Cavalry Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from said organization as of the date of July thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: Provided, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.

Fitzsimmons, late of Company I, One hundred and sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of Pension to cease if eight dollars per month, such pension, however, to cease and terminate upon proof that said soldier be still living.

Osborn, widow of Charles E.
