Leepard, widow of Joseph Leepard, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-seventh, and Company D, Two hundred and second regiments Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, however, That in the event of the death of the helpless child, Letitia M. Leepard, on whose account death of child. the pension of Sarah A. Leepard is increased, the pension of said Sarah A. Seely, widow of Henry B.
