CHAP. 1189.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to William M. Hattery. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United William M. Hattery. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William M. Hattery, late of Company A, Fortysecond Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Mosgrove, late of Company C, One hundred and forty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen B. Morehouse, late first lieutenant Company D, One hundred and twenty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Fullerton, late second lieutenant Company E, Fourth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

CHAP. 1194.—An Act Granting a pension to Eudora Wells.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eudora Wells, helpless and dependent daughter of Isaac M. Wells, late of Company E, Twenty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Robson, late of Company I, Ninety-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Williams, late of Company D, Eighteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Carr, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
